World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

The NPC for upgrading items can be located in the game. Typically NPCs can be found in capital cities or major questing areas. Players can also find item upgrader s when they visit dungeons with high-level bosses, or by talking to NPCs in their faction's garrisons.
The World of Warcraft item upgrade system lets players upgrade the level of weapons, armor and trinkets. This process is similar to gear reforging process in Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor. However, instead of using currency, players have to visit an item upgrader to complete the process.

Rerolling an item that is Rare or Epic item will produce a Normal version, and doing the same with the Epic version will result in an elite version.
A newly upgraded item could have extra modifiers, which could further boost its stats and enhance its performance. These additional modifiers do not come with the upgrade cost. They can be acquired through doing quests, purchasing them at the Trading Post or from other players. They can also be earned by completing certain missions in the game.
To upgrade a piece of equipment, you need to visit the NPC [Armoror Boboko located in Central Flarine. Depending on the type of item, you'll need one or more Power Dices (Dice 6 is available from monsters 21+ and Giants; Dice 12 can be obtained from Bosses). Additionally, you will require different amounts of Minerals and Erons.
Time
